JP Diamond LTD provides this site as a useful resource for diamond shopping, and a retail location for certified loose diamonds. These are the terms of use for our Web site. JP Diamonds LTD offers UK and rest of Europe customers 30-days from the day their order is shipped to cancel their order. Please note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after i) it is returned to JP Diamonds LTD, and ii) our Quality Assurance analyses your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition.
All of our charges are in GB pounds (£).
From time to time, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Purchases made at the JP Diamonds LTD UK web site must be shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland and other European Union countries

· Bank transferJP Diamonds order shipments are always sent risk-free, we fully insure each order up to the point of delivery. For added security and peace of mind, our policy is that a signature is required for all JP Diamonds LTD orders. Please make the necessary arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.
The 'billing address', is defined as the address registered to the credit or debit card holder. If JP Diamonds Ltd are shipping out your order to an address other than the billing address, defined as 'delivery address', we require that all delivery address be on file with your credit card issuer. This is in order to protect consumers from fraudulent charges.
When ordering any of JP Diamonds Ltd fine diamond jewellery or loose diamonds, we will despatch the accompanying diamond certificates with the item ordered or separately. These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of the highly-respected diamond laboratories, making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. As a result of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in its original condition, you can return it for a full refund. JP Diamonds LTD always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. All our prices are final. To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy.
To maintain our quality low prices JP Diamonds do not permit 'comparison shopping'. Comparison shopping is defined as 'the act of purchasing several of the same items, keeping the most desired item and returning the remainder'. The act of comparison shopping causes undue and large inventory overheads and become very costly.
JP Diamonds Ltd take great care to ensure all information displayed, advertised and discussed both verbally or in writing, is as accurate and comprehensive as is possible. When viewing our collection of products some colours may vary slightly, pictures or diagrams may appear smaller or larger than their actual size. Samples sent out to a customer will often be 925 Sterling Silver and if stone(s) set the demonstration stone will be CZ.
JP Diamonds are proud to adhere to and enforce the standards laid out by the Kimberley Process and only purchase diamonds from the largest and most respected suppliers. The Kimberley Process is an international scheme that regulates trade in rough diamonds. It aims to prevent the flow of conflict diamonds, while helping to protect legitimate trade in rough diamonds.
Under no circumstances shall JP Diamonds LTD be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
